Once you've identified your pain issue, you’ll notice 2 "Fix" options:

The Quick Fix™ video will help you focus on the muscle(s) causing the painful symptoms. If the pain is just a mild aggravation, this video is probably right for you.

If, however, your pain is chronic and limiting your ability to run, the Super Fix™ video is going to be your better option. This video will provide a more complete picture of the typical "root of the problem" and help you address each muscle contributing to your issue. The bonus in choosing this option is that the Quick Fix technique is included in the video. With the Super Fix option you’ll also receive a downloadable PDF of the video’s self-correction techniques with more instructions.

Both fixes require a simple rolling pin to complete the exercises.
